Terms & Conditions of Service

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Topple ("the Platform"), purchasing promotional services, claiming a product listing, or interacting with our directory, you expressly agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Promotion & Ranking Rules. If you do not agree to all terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.

2.Digital Advertising & Discovery Model

Topple operates solely as a digital advertising, marketing, and product discovery directory for founders, technology products, SaaS applications, and digital creators. You expressly recognize and agree that:

• Topple is not an auction site, bidding platform, wagering service, lottery, contest, or gambling system.
• There are no prize pools, financial distributions, or cash payouts.
• Topple does not operate stored-value consumer wallets, financial accounts, or transferable credit systems.

3.Promotional Services & Sponsor Scores

Customers purchase defined promotional packages for a designated product. Each purchase delivers:

• Guaranteed digital indexing and listing on the Topple directory.
• Outbound redirection and referral click tracking via verified endpoints.
• Attribution of internal Sponsor Points (1 Sponsor Point per ₹1 spent) applied to the target product's Sponsor Score.
• Dynamic leaderboard influence: positions on sponsored leaderboards are determined algorithmically based on Sponsor Scores. Rankings are dynamic and non-guaranteed; subsequent promotions by other products may alter relative ranking at any time without notice.

4.Payments, Refunds & Score Reversals

All payments are processed securely in Indian Rupees (INR) via our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. Because promotional campaigns and advertising deliverables are provisioned immediately upon transaction confirmation:

• Purchases are generally final once services have been delivered.
• In cases of gateway billing errors, duplicate charges, or verified fraud, refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
• Score Reversal: Upon any refund, chargeback, or payment reversal, all Sponsor Points associated with that payment are immediately and automatically subtracted from the target product, and leaderboard rankings are recalculated accordingly.

5.Product Ownership & Content Standards

Users who claim products or submit listings represent and warrant that:

• They are the bona fide creators, owners, or authorized promotional representatives of the listed URL and trademark.
• The listing does not contain malicious code, phishing mechanisms, copyright infringement, deceptive schemes, adult content, or unlawful activities.
• Listing details can be managed through the verified Product Owner Portal via passwordless one-time verification codes (OTP).

6.Moderation & Takedown Authority

Topple maintains absolute administrative discretion to suspend, de-list, or permanently remove any product or user that violates our standards, abuses tracking mechanisms, conducts click fraud, or brings disrepute to the community. In cases of serious violation, listings will be removed without refund.

7.Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Topple provides its discovery service "as is" and "as available". Topple makes no representations or warranties regarding minimum outbound traffic, conversions, sales, or ranking retention. Under no circumstances shall Topple or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform operations.
