Terms & Conditions of Service

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Topples ("the Platform"), placing a bid, claiming a product listing, or interacting with our directory, you expressly agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Bidding & Ranking Rules. If you do not agree to all terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.

2.Digital Advertising & Discovery Model

Topples operates as a product discovery and public board discovery directory for founders, technology products, SaaS applications, and digital creators. You expressly recognize and agree that:

• Topples is not a gambling, wagering service, lottery, contest, or gambling system.
• There are no prize pools, financial distributions, or cash payouts.
• Topples does not operate stored-value consumer wallets, financial accounts, or transferable credit systems.

3.Verified Bid Totals

A bidder purchases board placement for a designated product. Each settled payment delivers:

• Public listing on the Topples directory, subject to moderation.
• Outbound redirection and referral click tracking via verified endpoints.
• A net verified bid total, calculated from settled payments less refunds.
• Dynamic board position: positions are determined by net verified bid totals. Rankings are dynamic and non-guaranteed; subsequent bids may alter relative ranking at any time.

4.Payments, Refunds & Bid Reversals

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through the configured payment gateway. Because board placement begins upon settlement:

• Purchases are generally final once services have been delivered.
• In cases of gateway billing errors, duplicate charges, or verified fraud, refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
• Bid reversal: Upon any refund, chargeback, or payment reversal, the refunded value is subtracted from the target product's bid total and board rankings are recalculated accordingly.

5.Product Ownership & Content Standards

Users who claim products or submit listings represent and warrant that:

• They are the bona fide creators, owners, or authorized representatives representatives of the listed URL and trademark.
• The listing does not contain malicious code, phishing mechanisms, copyright infringement, deceptive schemes, adult content, or unlawful activities.
• Listing details or metadata updates may be requested through our official Contact & Support channel for administrator review.

6.Moderation & Takedown Authority

Topples may suspend, de-list, or permanently remove any product or user that violates our standards, abuses tracking mechanisms, conducts click fraud, or brings disrepute to the community. In cases of serious violation, listings will be removed without refund.

7.Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Topples provides its discovery service "as is" and "as available". Topples makes no representations or warranties regarding minimum outbound traffic, conversions, sales, or ranking retention. Under no circumstances shall Topples or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform operations.
